If you have a lower/thinner mattress and want the upholstery to start lower, we can adjust it. Likewise, if you have a thicker mattress, we can raise the upholstery start point. |

All headboards are handmade to order.
Production typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on the design selected and overall complexity. Each piece is carefully upholstered, inspected, and quality checked before dispatch.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on location and courier routing.
During busy periods, production and delivery times may vary slightly. We will always keep you informed should there be any delays.
If you’re unsure about fabric or colour, we strongly recommend requesting a free swatch before placing your order.

Certain remote, rural, or hard-to-reach locations may incur an additional surcharge.

Strutted headboards are delivered to your door (ground floor access only).
Floor-standing headboards are also delivered to your door as standard.
However, depending on courier availability and location, room-of-choice delivery or installation services may be arranged separately. Please contact us prior to dispatch if this is required.
